Welcome to my humble site....

Hajimemashite minna san....welcome to my site on my fave Japanese Pop Culture likes such as dramas, movies, magazine scans, promo events etc. Mainly concentrate on my faves...Risa Watanabe... Kyoko Saito... Yui Kobayashi....Nana Owada.... Nene Shida.... if you're a fan at all of any of them then you've come to the right place(!) but many others are featured here besides them. Do mainly quick reviews on things I've watched, try to make the reviews brief, quick to read through with not too many spoilers, just whether they're good or bad and why I thought so plus whether you may find them enjoyable. Many, many screenshots are included from everything I've watched plus any video trailers if they're available. Hope you find something that interests you, don't hesitate to comment, arigato gozaimasu!

Rena Matsui: 2012 magazine scans #2

Last post was talking about two Rena dramas and said I would get back with news of them. One of the dramas was a special which aired on January 9th called "Detective Ballerino", it's easy enough to get but waiting to see if it'll be subbed. The second series starts tomorrow and it will be airing on both Hulu and NTV, that show is called "Mr. Nietzsche in the Convenience Store". She doesn't have the lead in it but her role looks to be fairly big, hopefully I'll be able to find the series.
On to more mag spreads form 2012, mentioned in Rena's previous post have all her mag spreads from 2013 to the present time but had none prior to 2013. There's some fabulous spreads then that were missed so there should be a few posts for that year along with 2011. No order to these but there doesn't need to be as all of these pics make the word 'superb' obsolete, first off is from the October issue of Bomb.

With her SKE comrade Jurina from the September 9th issue of Friday.

Rena solo spreads are always better though, here she is from Young Animal #7.

Final spread and Rena has never looked finer than these pics from WPB #6.
