Welcome to my humble site....

Hajimemashite minna san....welcome to my site on my fave Japanese Pop Culture likes such as dramas, movies, magazine scans, promo events etc. Mainly concentrate on my faves...Risa Watanabe... Kyoko Saito... Yui Kobayashi....Nana Owada.... Nene Shida.... if you're a fan at all of any of them then you've come to the right place(!) but many others are featured here besides them. Do mainly quick reviews on things I've watched, try to make the reviews brief, quick to read through with not too many spoilers, just whether they're good or bad and why I thought so plus whether you may find them enjoyable. Many, many screenshots are included from everything I've watched plus any video trailers if they're available. Hope you find something that interests you, don't hesitate to comment, arigato gozaimasu!

Kasumi Arimura: "Narratage" movie premiere pics and more....

It's been a busy 2017 for Kasumi, her asadora "Hiyokko" just finished it's run on September 30th after 156 episodes. Plus today's premiere was for her fourth film this year but for some reason never did a post for her "Sekigahara" movie which was released on August 26th. She was at the premiere yet somehow overlooked that event which has never happened with any Kasumi happening who is one of my hugest faves.

Done enough talking about the "Narratage" film, most of the posts for it have given a very brief synopsis of what it's about. Have a few pics here from a Crank interview that came out this week.

There have been a few other recent Kasumi mag spreads but will hold on to them for another post, this year's been so busy for her wouldn't doubt if a long vacation is coming up. She graces the cover of the October 5th edition of Tokyo Walker and there's plenty of A++++ pics in this set.

Jun Matsumoto from Arashi has the lead role in the film which means it'll probably be a huge hit. Don't know if it's a management decision but noticed he's never in the pics from screenings or at today's event even though he was in attendance, can't give a good reason on why that would be.
That's okay as long as there's plenty of fine looking Kasumi pics and that's what we have here. The premiere took place at the Toho Cinemas in Roppogni Hills, for another unexplained reason there's been no video of it released form any major news site. Have already posted it but after the superb pics you can view the film's trailer in case you haven't seen it yet.
